Currently the Foundry Support Portal is not sending emails when a new comment is added or status of the case has changed. Please check your cases directly in the portal under your support tab for any updates from today.

We have identified and mitigated an issue that caused a security error to show in apps in the Canadian Data Center. We have implemented a fix and are seeing behavior return to expected parameters at this time.
